Returns

30-Day Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.

Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and perishable products (e.g., certain serums or creams) cannot be returned.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or gift receipt is required.
Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing depends on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Payment Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method. For purchases made with store credit, a new credit will be issued.
Exchanges

Contact our Customer Service team before sending your item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same condition requirements as returns.

Price Adjustments: If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we’ll refund the difference. For higher-priced items, you’ll pay the remaining balance.
Damaged or Defective Items
